Cumbria’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Peter McCall is welcoming people to contact him to discuss what they think the police should be focusing on in their local area. Members of the public are invited to contact him via email, phone him directly and take a few moments to complete his survey on policing priorities.
Peter McCall said: “My upcoming summer surgeries are on 22 July 11-1pm and 29 July 11.00-1pm and holding surgeries such as these, is just one of the ways that I can hear ideas and any local concerns about community safety.
“People can also share their views by completing our current survey, asking what they think the police should be focusing on in the areas that they live.
“For me to be the voice of the people in policing, I need to hear what matters to people most, and what they consider to be their local priorities.
“If you have any issue that you would like to discuss or simply want to find out more about what we, as a police force, are doing to support you, please contact me on 01768 217734 and arrange an appointment over the phone, or email me directly on at commissioner@cumbria-pcc.gov.uk
“Only by letting me know what is happening in your community can the issues be addressed.
“Your information, can help to prioritise what we do to improve the quality of life for those living or working in Cumbria.”
