CandoFM is a community radio station licensed by OFCOM

The radio station is a not-for-profit station with all involved being volunteers.

• Frequency: 106.3 MHz and 107.4 MHz

All Ofcom licensed radio stations in the UK have obligations to abide by the conditions of its license and to ensure that the terms set out in the Ofcom Broadcasters Code are adhered to with regards to its programming, including its music and local content.

These obligations are set out in the “Key Commitments” which forms part of this Public File for CandoFM. The Public File is available via our website or by post, in hard copy to any member of the public upon reasonable request.

CandoFM Programming

Music is scheduled in a balanced way, with no particular genre dominating output. There is at least 25% speech during daytime and evening output across the week. The station broadcasts 60 hours of content each week. The majority of programming is locally produced; with the exception of the following:
