Vehicle Fire at Newby Bridge

At 19:21 hours on 17th April, fire engines attended a vehicle fire on the A590 at Newby Bridge. One firefighter wore breathing apparatus and one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately fifty minutes.

Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Sunday 17th April between 10am and 10:10am at Asda car park, on the side furthest from main entrance on Burton Road, Kendal.
