Police are investigating a reported theft of a moped. The vehicle was taken from Lorne Road, Barrow, at a time between 6pm on the 20^th and 3pm on the 21^st of December.

The moped, which is black and white, was taken from the location. It was then damaged and abandoned in a nearby alley.

Officers are appealing to residents or anyone who was in the area around these times, who may have information or seen anything suspicious, to contact the police.
