At 17:27 on the 6th April 2022, three fire engines attended a report of a hazardous material incident at a property on Dalton Road, Barrow-in-Furness. This was a leaking carbon dioxide cylinder inside a commercial property. Fire crews used two breathing apparatus to isolate the leaking cylinder. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately forty minutes.
