At 01:26 hours on May 19th 2021 three fire engines attended a commercial building fire in Lakeside Ulverston. This was a large fire in a wood pellet store and fire crews used four breathing apparatus two hose reel jets and foam to deal with the fire. Fire crews were in attendance for four and a half hours.
