David chats about the ‘Marina Village’ 23-hectare site currently being brought back to life. The ‘Marina Village’ is one of seven innovative projects that make up #BrilliantBarrow – a scheme which last year secured an offer of £25 million in promised funding from the Government’s Town’s Fund.
