Police can confirm that the body of a 54-year-old man was found in the area of High Brow Edge, Haverthwaite at around 7:45pm yesterday (Feb 23). The circumstances are not believed to be suspicious. A file has been prepared for the coroner.
Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 1:30pm hours on Saturday 14th August 2021 on the A590 near Haverthwaite Train Station.
