At 23:58 hours on Tuesday 11th May 2021, two fire engines attended a building fire on Hall Road, Ulverston. The fire involved one log burner and a domestic property. Crews used one hose reel jet and were in attendance for approximately one hour and ten minutes.
On 27th April 2021 at 23:09 hours four fire engines and a joint incident command unit attended Brogden Street, Ulverston. Fire involving derelict garage. Fire service used six breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets. Fire service remained at scene for one hour and forty minutes.
Barrow Police are investigating following a fire at the rear of The Range and Costa Coffee on Hindpool Retail Park, which occurred on Thursday 22nd April at around 11pm. Building Fire, Ulverston (South Lakeland) On 16th April 2021 at 0927 hours two fire engines were mobilised to a domestic house fire at Leather lane, Ulverston. Fire service personnel administered oxygen therapy to one casualty prior to arrival of North West ambulance service. Fire service remained at scene for forty five minutes.
At 07:28 hours on 4th April 2021, three fire engines attended a kitchen fire at Leather Lane, Ulverston. Firefighters administered oxygen to one casualty and used two breathing apparatus. Crews remained on scene for approximately thirty-five minutes.
At 18:50 hours on 3rd April 2021, two fire engines attended a fire on Crellin Street, Barrow-in-Furness. On arrival crews discovered a fire involving pallets and cardboard which spread to a nearby car. Firefighters used one breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and small tools to extinguish the fire.
