At 21:15 hours on 10th December 2022 two fire engines along with the aerial ladder platform attended a chimney fire on Oak Head Road, Barrow-in-Furness. Fire crews used chimney rods and reels to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for approximately two hours and half.
