At 18:15 on 16th January 2023, one fire engine attended an incident on Estuary Close, Millom. One casualty was administered first aid by fire service personnel. Firefighters used a defibrillator and a lock puller at the incident. one casualty was confirmed fatal. Crews were detained one hour.
