Cumbria Police are investigating an incident that occurred in the area of Mill Lane, Walney, between the hours of 8pm and 9pm on Wednesday 4 October 2023.

The incident involved a teenage boy being approached by two other teenagers on push bikes who were verbally abusive.

It’s believed two other unknown members of the public may have witnessed this incident and assisted in making sure the member of the public was safe.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested and subsequently bailed with conditions.

Police are appealing for these two witnesses to contact Cumbria Police.
