Officers investigating an incident in Preston Street in Barrow are appealing for information.

On Thursday (23 Dec) at around 10pm two men were knocked to the floor and assaulted.

Both suffering head and facial injuries, however the nature of the assault, with the men kicked on the ground, could have resulted in far more serious consequences and the police ask for any witnesses to come forward to assist in the investigation.

If there is any mobile phone footage that will assist Police, we ask that this is submitted into evidence.
