ULVERSTON

Police are investigating following a reported altercation involving two men on the A590 in Ulverston.

It was reported to have happened at about 8.30am yesterday (April 23) and involved a man in a white Ford Transit van and man in a grey Ford Kuga. It happened near the Coronation Hall.

Anyone witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, referring to incident 44 of April 23.

SOUTH CUMBRIA

Police are appealing for witnesses following a reported incident on the A65, between Crooklands and Lupton, between 5.30am and 8am today (April 24).

Officers are investigating a reported confrontation involving a number of men in a vehicle.

Police are appealing for anyone that was driving along the stretch of road and saw a silver Ford Fiesta and a grey short-wheel based van parked on the side of the road at about that time.

Anyone who saw anything or who may have been travelling along that stretch of road who has relevant dashcam footage is asked to call police on 101, and refer to incident 44 of April 24.
