Police are investigating a theft of numerous items from a van on Clifford Street, Barrow-in-Furness. Part of this theft included stealing a debit card, which has then been used to defraud the victim.

The theft occurred on Tuesday 19 December 2023 between 1am and 5:48am.

The suspect is described as is a white male in his mid-late 20s or early 30s with dark hair.

Police would like to speak with the person pictured as part of the investigation.

Please be aware of opportunist criminals who may try vehicle door handles to steal and remember to lock your doors.
