Police are investigating following reports of large stones being found in the road at Park Road, Barrow, on two consecutive nights 26 and 27 December.

Officers are aware of one incident where a car suffered damage after being in collision with a large stone.

Nobody has been hurt but police are investigating the circumstances to see how the debris came to be on the road and are asking drivers to take extra care in this area, particularly at night.
