Local Appeal – Public order incident Raleigh Street, Barrow

Following new lines of enquiry, police are appealing for information regarding a reported public order incident. The incident occurred on Raleigh Street, Barrow, on the junction on Wordsworth Street, at 9:20pm on Sunday 8th October.

The incident involved two men and two teenage females aged 14 and 15. The report is of the men stopping their vehicle described as, a white van with a headlight out, and shouting at the teenagers.

The two men are described as wearing all black and having balaclavas on.

No further reports of this nature have been received in the area to date.

Police are appealing for information as part of their ongoing enquiries.
