Police are investigating an assault that occurred on Tuesday 25th January at around 4:50pm on Brogden Street, Ulverston.
The victim, a man in his thirties from Ulverston, has sustained injuries to his face after being repeatedly punched by two male suspects.
The suspects have been described as two males aged 15-20 both with brown hair, one being a slim build and the other slightly bigger build and both wearing dark clothing.
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and released under investigation
Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have any information.
