Police are investigating an assault occasioning grievous bodily harm which has occurred on King Street, Ulverston at 9:55pm on Friday 4 August.

A 24-year-old man from Ulverston has sustained several injuries to his face during this incident. Two 17-year-old males from Barrow were arrested on suspicion of GBH and have since been released on bail.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to this incident and for anyone with video or dash camera footage who may have been in the area of King Street, Ulverston on Friday 4 August around 9:55pm.
