Local Appeal – Investigation into assault in Windermere

Police are investigating an assault which occurred in Windermere.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:30pm on Friday 9 September outside Baha, Ash Street.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, sustained serious facial injuries.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or can identify three individuals who officers would like to speak to. Descriptions of the three individuals are:

  • A white female, aged in her 40s, with shoulder-length dark brown-coloured hair. She is of slim build, approximately 5ft 6 and was wearing dark-coloured trousers and a black fleece.
  • A white male, aged in his mid-30s. He is bald, approximately 6ft 1 and is of slim build. He reportedly spoke with an eastern European accent. He was wearing black trousers and a navy or black fleece. He was also wearing a blue lanyard.
  • A white male, aged in his early-30s. He is approximately 6ft 1, of stocky build, has a beard, and he has tattoos on his arms. He was wearing a black beanie hat, a black coat and dark-coloured cargo trousers.
