Police are investigating an incident of assault that occurred on Thursday 4 January at around 8pm outside the Red Lion Hotel on Market Street, Dalton-in-Furness.

A male and a female were heard to be shouting at each other before it is alleged that the male proceeded to push the female, resulting in no injury. Police are looking for any witnesses to the assault.
