Local Appeal – Fail to stop road traffic collision Greengate Street and Rawlinson Street, Barrow

Police are appealing for information in relation to a fail to stop road traffic collision.

On Saturday 27th April 2024 at 8.07pm at the junction of Greengate Street and Rawlinson Street, Barrow, an electric bike collided with a motor vehicle.

The rider of the electric bike left the scene having sustained a number of injuries (image of bike attached).

The electric bike rider was described as wearing a balaclava and a black tracksuit. He is believed to be aged late teens and left in the direction of Marsh Street, Barrow.

Another male then took the electric bike and rode of down Rawlinson Street.

Police are keen to hear from anyone with information about this incident and those involved.
