Police are appealing for any witnesses after a burglary was reported in the area of Allithwaite Road, Grange-over-sands.

Entry was forced to a property and a number of items taken.

We are asking anyone to report suspicious activity in that area between 19 and 24th January.

We recommend individuals in the area remain vigilant, and ensure their properties are secure.
