At 01:51 hours on 5th September 2021 three fire appliances were called to reports of an incident at Millstream court, Cark-in-Cartmel. Firefighters rescued one casualty from the side of a beck, who was then passed on to the care of North West Ambulance Service. Crews remained at scene for fifty five minutes.

At 19:00 hours on the 4th September 2021 two fire engines attended a report of a road traffic collision on Pennington lane, Lindal-in-furness. This was a road traffic collision involving one vehicle, fire crews assisted one casualty from the vehicle and passed them to the care of ambulance crews. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately twenty-five minutes.
