At 10:26 hours on Thursday 8th July three fire engines attended Pennington Ulverston.
Fire involved a barn and a large amount of hay. Hay bales removed by farmer using heavy machinery.
Crews used two hose reel jets, one thermal image camera and small tools to extinguish the fire. Crews were detained for approximately two hours.
