Police are seeking witnesses to an assault that occurred inside Manhattans nightclub in Barrow at 3am on Sunday 28th August.

Two unknown males have approached the victim from behind, put him in headlock and struck him with a bottle or glass in the face.

They then continued to punch him causing a number of facial injuries that required treatment at Furness General Hospital.
