Bowness-in-Windermere

Police are investigating two burglaries that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday 15th June between 2:45am and 3am.

It is reported two males dressed in tracksuit bottoms with their faces covered, wearing gloves, broke into the Lake District National Park Information Centre and the Lakes Diner on the Glebe Road, Bowness-in-Windermere, where cash and cigarettes have been stolen.

Grizedale

Police are appealing for witnesses regarding a burglary which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday the 15th of June at the Outdoor Activities Centre, Grizedale.

At around 1am offenders broke into a secure compound before stealing a red Honda TRX 420 quad bike and a yellow & grey coloured plate compactor.

Kendal  

Police are releasing CCTV footage as part of an investigation into two offences of shoplifting that occurred in Boots at 12:30pm and M&S a 12:40pm in Kendal on 11th April.

Officers would like to speak with the persons pictured as part of their investigations.
