Police are investigating a report of an assault which left a 15-year-old boy with facial injuries.

The incident, which involved a number of youths both male and female  happened on Jarrow Street, Barrow on Sunday (June 26) in the afternoon. One of the youth is described as wearing a grey hoodie.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact officers.
