At 03:48 hours on 11th august 2022 four fire engines and a water bowser were called to reports of a lorry fire on the M6 motorway between junctions 36-37. On arrival, the fire service dealt with a fire involving an HGV. Two breathing apparatus, two hose reels, small tools and five litres of compressed air foam were used.
