On Thursday 10th June 2021 at 0731 hours one fire engine from Broughton was mobilised to Church Street, Broughton-in-Furness to a road traffic collision. The crew used an environmental pack to assist with fuel spillage and one casualty was left in the hands of north west ambulance service. Crews were detained for over thirty minutes.
