At 23:57 hours on 17th August 2021, three fire engines attended a fire at Emlyn Street, Barrow-in-Furness. The fire involved the living room on the ground floor of a two storey domestic property. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels, one main jet, and two thermal imaging cameras. Crews were in attendance for one hour and fifteen minutes.
