Barrow Police are aware of recent reports over social media of animals being injured in the Ormsgill area in the surrounding woodlands and fields, with concerns raised over snares potentially being used. Police are appealing for any information from members of the public for the exact location of any incidents, dates, whether any devices have been seen or found by members of the public which may have caused the injuries or any other information of relevance.
