Officers are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on the A590 westbound. Emergency services were contacted at 6:15am today (Oct 12) to the report of a collision involving two HGVs. A man in his 60s was pronounced deceased at the scene. Man charged following burglary in Barrow

A man has been charged with aggravated burglary following an incident at an address on Ramsgate Crescent, Barrow on 8 October 2023. Ryan McMahon, 27, of Barrow, has been charged with aggravated burglary and importation of cannabis. He will appear before Barrow Magistrates Court today (10 October).
